7eye by Panoptx warrants, to the original purchaser of a 7eye branded sunglass, that it is free from defects in workmanship and material for the lifetime of the eyewear. 7eye by Panoptx warranty does NOT cover against lost product or any defects due to wear/tear, improper use, improper repair, physical damage, neglect & improper fit. If defects are determined to be covered under warranty, 7eye by Panoptx will repair or replace the defective part at no charge. Shipping charges may apply.
