Each 9 in. x 12 in. pennant flag strand is constructed of 4 mil polyethylene flags and double sewn into a plastic covered sag-resistant twine rope. Durable and easy to use and reuse, these 60 feet long pennant flags are available in multi-color, solid red color, or solid yellow color strands.
