Specially designed to run for years, the centrifuge is ideal for laboratory work in clinical labs, physician’s offices as well as in any chemical, industrial or biological labs where separation for blood or other materials is desirable. It is a 6-place fixed angled rotor for use with standard 5-10 mL tubes. It can spin up to three 15 ml tubes. 2 ml and 4-5 ml tubes can be spun with available adapters (sold separately). Centrifuge is fixed speed at 3,400 RPM. It features a dependable mechanical 30-minute timer with a bell signal at the end of run. A safety switch in the lid shuts off the motor when the lid is unlatched. The latch release is located on the right front side of unit. A power indicator light displays when the unit is powered on.
