Mine sure didn't and that is why I had to buy this one. My cat ripped the one that came with the pool but she has been on this one and it's indestructible!

Very big! My pool is 22x52 and it covered it, with a lot hanging on the ground. I string cord through the hole and tied it down to the frame. Lets see if it survive the winter. The original cover that comes with the pool is crap! This could fit a bigger pool than 22x52, which is good in my opinion
