Lincoln Logs Fun on the Farm Play Construction Toys & Tools for Ages 3 & Above, Wood, 102 Pieces

I grew up playing with Lincoln Logs so I was thrilled when I had the opportunity to get it for my kids! This is a set of Lincoln Logs called "Fun on the Farm". It comes with 102 pieces including a farmer, a sheep, a llama, a chicken, and barrels/hay/trough. The logs are beautiful, they are more of a shiny glossy or varnished look rather than the old ones that I grew up with that were more matte or just wood. It comes with a gate and door that open. The instructions were very clear and we had the farm done in no time. I am so happy with this toy - and so are the kids! I would definitely recommend!

I remember playing with these when I was a kid! I would play with them with my dad for hours building elaborate houses and buildings and whole towns! I was so excited to be able to share these with my kids! My oldest is almost five and she was so into building this barn. My younger daughter was more interested in throwing the logs. Both had fun though! My younger daughter got more interested as it began to look like a house and barn she was really invested in helping us build. She even put some of the roof on. We had so much fun building this! It wasn't hard to follow the diagrams but you can make your own buildings as well. The little animals and farmer it came with were so cute and my oldest plays with them separately too. The quality is amazing with this and I definitely recommend it! So much old fashioned fun!
