Best again

I have been wearing Columbia active wear shorts for 15 years. I am STILL using 2 pairs I bought in 1997.They are faded but still wonderful. I have 3 others that are at least 7 yrs. old & still tip top. I hope my new ones wear as well. THANK YOU for carrying 1X etc. Just becasue I am not thin doesn't mean I do nothing. I will be buying again soon. The only reason there was a time gap is that no one carries your plus size shorts in the Trinity, Fl. area. I was told you no longer made the plus size. Finally, I turned to the internet & voila- there they were!!! I am so thrilled. Thanks again! E L

Size 16, XL - bought the XXL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally, I wear a size 16, XL but I bought the XXL in this size since my measurements were on the edge for an XL (39" waist and 48" hips). I hated having to buy an XXL, but I do enjoy how it fits - roomy. I have an extra inch of room in the waist without the elastic expanding. I still have a butt in the back. The shorts are slightly flared out at the bottom. They end about an 1 inch above my knee. I am able to walk without the short bunching up between my legs as often. The shorts washed well, They have a nylon parachute material feel to them. I assume it will help them dry faster.

Sandy river shorts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love theses quick dry shorts! The 6” inseam is perfect for a plus size woman with short legs. A size 3X fits like a size 24 on me. The light weight belt is functional & perfect for hiking. The side zipper pocket allows you to secure your ID, cash & credit cards. The main left & right pockets are good for temporary holding an item while inactive but a phone or wallet will fall out when you sit down. After 2 years of washing & drying theses shorts they have not faded or shrunk!!!
