Miraculous for Osteoarthritis, useless for others
I tried using Capsaicin (or Capsicum) Patches for Osteoarthritis last year at a point where my shoulder pain was so bad I was considering a total shoulder replacement. The benefits were just short of miraculous. After tow or three weeks of using these patches I was able to work out again doing routines I haven't been able to do in years. The patches didn't do any good for tendon, ligament or muscle pains and issues, but if you have a bone on bone (no cartilage in between) osteoarthritis, these patches are definitely worth trying. They can cause rashes if you use them every day in the same spot but I use them two or thee times a week and they have made a giant difference in reducing the pain in my shoulder and a giving me the ability to use it athletically again.

Smelly, stinks the whole room up.
These patches had always worked well in the past. Suddenly the manufacturers decided to add a very overwhelming odor of menthol to it. It radiates outward and everyone can smell this odiferous aura. It does not make it work any better at all. I could not take this odor and returned them all.
