Not good

I'm not one to leave a bad review, but for this little guy, I will. I purchased this so my husband could enjoy his loud tv while I slept. Well, this device wasn't the solution. The signal it provides from the TV to the Bluetooth headphone isn't strong nor constant. The signal goes in and out and you unfortunately, have to constantly shut it off- restart, etc. Its ironic the device meant to connect your headphone to the TV doesn't connect you at all. Save your money and look for something else.
