(IMO) Works for me and has for years. This forces your metabolism when fasting or dieting. Dieting can cause your body to go into a starvation response, which means your body can start storing max calories in a type of survival mode. I believe Pyruvate forces your body to continue to convert fat calories into energy. Take care, this seems to put a lot of stress on your immune system and might even make you more susceptible to illness over the long haul. And note! This is just based on my opinions and personal observations. Do your study and research, and take care!
