Easy phone to use
I got this phone for my mother with dementia. I liked this phone because of the big buttons and the redial buttons on top. I glued pictures of the persons that she calls often on the redial buttons and that was much easier for her to make a call. I also liked that it did not have very many buttons for her to push. She gets confused and will just start punching any button she can.

Seniors Phone
The phone seems to be well designed for seniors, with large buttons, speaker phone for hands free operation, and multiple memory capacity. Ideal desk phone design. I could not rate sound and volume as phone receiver did not work out of the box, and phone was returned.
