This is not sweater fabric. It's a ribbed stretch polyester like fabric, more like a shirt. The sleeves are not finished at the bottom or around the bottom of the garment, just chain stitching. I like the color and will keep it. I've worn it as a shirt buttoned up and it looks cute that way also. I ordered a small and it fits but I would suggest sizing up if you want to layer over something or have an oversize look. I have long arms so the sleeves don't hit at my wrists…about an inch short.
