This device can make a quick and effective measurement of the thickness of the non- metallic coating on the nonmagnetic metal substrate and the thickness of
the nonmagnetic coating of the magnetic metal substrate, it can also automatically identify the magnetic metal substrate and nonmagnetic metal substrate.
It is widely used in the inspection field of automobile manufacturing, metal processing industry,chemical industry, commodity inspection, etc.
There are some situations:
a.The steel(Fe) substrate with a non-magnetic metal layer(such as zinc,etc.), and there is non-metallic paint on the layer.The device will show as Fe+Zn.
The measure result is the thickness of the layer + the thinckness of the paint.
b.The steel(Fe) substrate with a non-magnetic metal layer(such as zinc, etc.), and there is non-magnetic metallic paint on the layer.The device will show as Fe+Zn.

c.The steel(Fe) substrate with non-magnetic metallic paint(such as zinc, etc.), the device will show as Fe+Zn. The measure result is the paint thickness.
d.The steel(Fe) with other non-magnetic metal layer or other non-magnetic metallic paint.
