Useless

First, it took more than two weeks to get here by USPS. It spent 9 days between two locations in New York. Then went through Memphis and "delayed". Then to New Orleans "delayed". Finally arrived today and is useless. The pump won't open, pop up. It's like it's glued shut. Looks great. Just what I wanted, but IT'S USELESS.
