It comes with double side tape on the back for easy installation. Simply peel off one end of the tape, but do not peel all the way through. Attach it to the bumper and press it firmly. Continue to attach the rest then cut off the excess.
If you need a stronger and permanently attachment, you may use self-taping screws to secure the lip to the bumper.
