Faulty item

I bought this exact mirror a while back and absolutely loved it so I bought a second one for our vacation home (as I was always packing it with me and it's heavy and bulky %26 became inconvenient). The only difference on the two was the switch. The first one had a turn switch. They obviously upgraded the old model as the newest version is a push button. Normally I'd give this is a five-star but this new mirror I've had for just a short couple months and the lights have dimmed for some reason and they're only at 50% capacity. The mirror was not dropped %26 nothing is wrong with the outlet. Now I unfortunately have to pick it up and do my make up by an exterior window i'd have to swap it out next time I go to my vacation home. Very disappointing.

Beautiful Mirror Electrical Failure

I didn't even want to give this mirror 1 Star. Grrrr. I've seen the same mirror on a number of websites (High-end Stores) and asking about the same "wonderful sale price" However, DO NOT BUY!!!... this mirror is an electrical nightmare, arrives broken or will fail completely quickly. I've read so many horrible reviews (from several store) causing the return process to(mfgr Zadro! just awful!) to be very tricky (Walmart was great!) or not at all because the "window had closed". This mirror is everywhere, such a shame because it's very nice snd large... just NO lights!
