73% Lean / 27% Fat Ground Beef, 3 lb Roll, Fresh, All Natural*

The ground beef is taste good and juicy. I use to only eat 97/3% fat or 93/7% fat. I also used to complain about the meat being dry and having sore teeth and jaw from chewing so long. Now I prefer the meat with a little more fat because the fat seems to give the meat more flavor and make it more tender.

I am a loyal Walmart customer and purchase groceries here each week with my membership. The pricing of this ground beef is getting out of control. I understand that there is a shortage of cattle and supply chains are strained but when is enough going to be enough? 73% is the fattest quality of hamburger and 3 pounds of it is almost $15. There has to be some sort of pricing regulation on this. Price keeps changing drastically each week. One week it was $10.94, then over $11, then past $12, last week it was over $13, and now it's almost $15. The meat is good quality but not as much as the trays. I miss when Walmart's slogan was "save money, live better". What's happening to that standard you used to uphold?
