Honed and hand-finished by the most skilled artisans, this celebrated collection is the model of safety, ergonomics, and comfort. Thanks to their seamless transition from bolster to handle, the knives are comfortable to use for long periods of time. The bolster provides the right balance while acting as a safe finger guard.
The knives are made of proprietary special formula steel that has been perfected over the years. Combined with ZWILLING's signature ice-hardening technique, these FRIODUR blades are harder, sharper, they will NOT STAIN or chip and they retain their sharpness longer. Precision-forged from a single piece of steel, the SIGMAFORGE knives have an exceptionally sturdy, balanced and flexible blade.

Comfortable handle for heavy chopping knife
The Four Star forged santoku is a great choice because the handle is especially comfortable for the chopping tasks you'll be using it for. Manufactured in Germany with high quality steel you can feel the strength when using this on hard veggies and big prep chopping jobs.

Four Star Santoku Is One Of The Best Knife!
Everyone I know who has this Four Star Santoku knife loves it. Customers who bought this at our store, expressed an outstanding feedback. They said, it is so ergonomically comfortable handle in the hand, so sharp even after few years and used it for every cutting needs. It is forged from a single piece of solid steel, hgh carbon special NO STAIN steel and dishwasher safe.

Where have you been all of my life?!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is like no other I have ever owned. One simple swipe, and whatever I am cutting, is cut. No need to saw back and forth. No need to cut twice. One and you're done. Super smooth cuts, with no slipping of the blade from the surface of the item being cut. Absolutely wonderful! Would definitely recommend!
