late a month, no instructions

i ordered this item more than a month ago. it was two weeks late on the day they promised it to me. they went it usps and so i could track it via usps though the tracking link. when it arrived, it broke out of the paper taped box it was in and was loose in the baggie, un-protected. it came without instructions on how to reset, use the watch. it was already running, so the battery will die sooner, most new products , you pull a thin piece of plastic out and the product starts working, so the battery doesn't die so quickly.
