It does pretty good to cool you down. However it take forever to charge and dies very fast. I used it in the hospital while in labor in the delivery room for maybe 20 mins, it was completely turned off the rest of the time I was there, I got home tried to turn it on and it was dead. I used it over night when I got home and charged it, turned on around 1 am and it was dead around 7 am, maybe earlier.
