Quick ship,saved money by mounting the tire myself

Tire is shipped as a flat pancake. It is difficult to set bead without a machine. Set the rear bead first, and then use compressed air to pop the front bead. Took a minute but I was able to do it with basic hand tools. YouTube has some good how to videos.
