Iron Cast Pizza Pan

This Iron Cast Pizza Pan has cooked 3 pizzas so far, and each one has come out great. Before using this Pan for the first time, I coated it with olive oil and placed the Pan upside down in a 200 degree oven for an hour. After every use I coat the Pan with olive oil after I give it a rinse, to block rusting-you could use other oil- like vegetable oil. The Pan measures 13.5 inches across the inside.
