The best review for the best option I have tried.

Spend the money. Don't get the cheapies. It's canvas material and acts like a huge blood pressure cuff. I have neuropathy and fibromyalgia. This is *soooo* therapeutic and soothing. I can feel the pressure working it's way up my legs and releasing. Twenty minutes later… I want to sleep. All I can say is, “Where the shoulder sleeve at ??” !!!! Quiet motor. Comparable to the sound of a small fish tank pump. User interface is easy to navigate. Easy to use.

This thing is amazing

this is a good machine. The pressure is excellent. I'm using it on medium pressure and it's really strong. there are three different programs. Massage, sequential from the foot up to the hip and combination. so easy to put on with the zippers. I love the fact that it comes with two, so you can do both legs at one time. whenever I order anything, I'm doubtful that it's going to work but this just blew me away. buy it, you won't regret it.
