furniture was smaller than expected also cheap looking. trying to send for refund and it's costing more then furniture is worth. they look like it belongs in a childs dollhouse. I don't recommend this store at all

Extremely very bad experience, do not buy this furniture the quality is terrible in my experience I bought a month ago the furniture arrived late and when I opened the first box the damaged furniture I immediately called Walmart to inform them and tell them that I wanted to return them and they told me that I had I had to wait 48 hours for the items to arrive so I could return them and so I've been calling for a month every 48 hours and they tell me the same lie again and nothing has happened since the refund arrives. Finally, they told me that I had to talk to the seller, which I I don't think it's correct because I bought at Walmart.com, they should be responsible for what they sell, but I still contacted the seller and their response was that Walmart had not informed them of anything and that they were not going to send me anything that I wanted. To return them, I had to send them and pay for the shipping when the page said that the return is free until January 31, in conclusions, both the seller and Walmart with total disrespect for the customer. My recommendation is not to buy anything from this seller or buy large furniture at Walmart so that you do not suffer from my bad experience .Totally disrespectful to the customer, he sells products of very poor quality and does not want to make returns when the product arrives damaged, he says that he only replaces it if when he receives the product it seems to him that it is in good condition and only if you pay for the return he does not want to pay the return even if the furniture is damaged.In my bad experience I can tell you that I felt extremely bad about the seller's treatment but even more bad about the mistreatment and lack of respect from Walmart's customer service department who, time and time again, lie to your face saying not to worry. That Walmart takes responsibility and they treat you as if you were a complete abnormal over and over again, repeating the same lies to you and without giving any solution to the problem. To this day, I still have the furniture in my house after two months and they laugh at it. my face every time I call and telling me the same lies over and over again
