Frustrating process and long wait

This case is 3 pieces just like anyone other case...however, the 2 pieces that u put on first r suppose to completely clip together just like they do without being on the phone AND THEY DO NOT!! No matter how u try it will not properly secure together...there is suppose to be a stand built into the case to prop the phone up easily...AGAIN IT DOES NOT HOLD THE PHONE CORRECTLY OR AT ALL!! The phone just falls over every time and now rattles any time ur phone moves at all...
