This is Volume I of a four-volume chronology of Burtons of Stafford County, Virginia. Volume I contains an introduction with highlights, selected genealogical summaries, a pre-Stafford chronology, and the first part of the Main Chronology, which covers the 17th and 18th centuries. Volume II (19th century), Volume III (early 20th century) and Volume IV (index) must be purchased separately.
