The Best Shower On The Market

With Kohler's Katalyst Shower Head Did You Know That It Spins Around The Water To Form Larger Drops That Come Out Harder? It's Like Almost Double The Water Is Coming Out. I have a Side Mounted and Ceiling Mounted Rain Shower AND They Are The Very Best!

Clearly Clean
1 out of 5 stars review

Don't buy! Katalyst air infusion has air pick up hole on ball joint that will fail and spray wall.

I like the spray from a 1.75 gpm head but of the last 20+ heads 15 have failed. Kohlar customer service has had many responses: Replaced about 5 but they failed also. Keep in mind that when it fails it sprays water out the back or side, hitting the ceiling, wall, or spraying out of the shower. Thank you for contacting KOHLER Co. I apologize for the issue with the shower heads. I am happy to help. The shower heads when water comes from the Katalyst hole is an indication it needs cleaning and not a defect. You can rotate the showerhead on it's ball joint in a circular motion to clean it out, you can also soak the heads in 50/50 white vinegar and water then reinstall with sealant tape and ensure the ball joint hole is in the downward position. Please reply to this email and attach a copy of the receipts for a 50% reimbursement of the original purchase price of the heads. We look forward to hearing from you to resolve this issue. Sincerely, Kathy R. KOHLER Customer Service
