The open tray in the front is ready for the pet to eat, which can't be set. And you can set the other 5 meals which are under the fixed cover.

There are 6 compartments on the tray and each compartment holds ½ lb. of food.

3. How to deal with the distortion of ice packs

Slight distortion won't affect normal use. Put the ice packs at room temperature for a few hours and the shape of them will return to normal. Place them horizontally in the freezer to prevent distortion.

4. How long does a full charge take? / Battery Red Light Instruction

A full charge takes 6-8 hours. The screen will be off when charging. The battery icon disappears: fully charged; flashes: low battery. Can't charge: ensure the adapter is 5V2A, and plug it into a wall socket. Also, confirm the cable is not broken.
