We have an old 6-foot-tall chain link dog kennel that was not being used with a wooden roof over most of it. When I saw this privacy fence a thought occurred to me to surround the kennel's fence with the screen and use it as a play area for the kids. We live in out in the country, in Nebraska, and it can get very windy here. Invariably when the wind blows hard, the kids toys are all over the yard and there really is no protection for the kids. Before attaching the screen to the fence, we rolled it out completely, to make sure exactly where we wanted to start. The screen went up very quickly and with the included zip ties the process was effortless. The grommets in the screen are very heavy duty and I don't think this with get damaged very easily even with our winds. We did end up with a little extra screen but we just rolled it tight and attached it to the fence. Since we installed this on the inside of the fence, you cannot tell that there was any excess. We installed this on a windy day, and when you step inside the kennel, you feel no wind at all. The screen is breathable, but sturdy enough to keep the wind out. It will be a great play area for the kids and the toys won't be all over the yard when the wind blows. During the winter we may just use this area for storing items such as lawn furniture. This is a quality product and I would recommend this for any type of application.

Be sure to realize the measurement. This product is in feet, not in inches. It is very large and very durable. It can be utilized most any where a fence or shaded area is needed. It has anti rust grommets on all 4 sides! If you already have a fence and want to add privacy, this is a great solution. If you have an area you want to protect from the elements of weather, this is also a great solution for that. This product is nothing like the thin plastic cheap tarps that tend to rip easily. I won't repeat everything that is already stated in the product description. I will say the product description is accurate. I am fortunate to try a couple of these in varying sizes and colors. The tan beige color reminds me of a light color straw in color and almost in texture. We're hanging one around the back of our shop where a lean to is attached. The leanto is large and mostly open. Rain, snow, etc gets in the leanto not to mention wind and makes the ground muddy, lawn mowers and such full of snow. We're attaching one of these Fence4Ever tarps to the leanto as it is perfect size and will be a huge aid in preventing elements from the weather entering and our equipment will be further protected. I also have the black color which is a semi shiny black and using it to cover over and around the trellis of our balcony as it will help protect items we store under the balcony and also makes for a more attractive presence. Just remember to measure in order to purchase the correct measurement and there are several colors to choose from.
