It was an awesome frame it just when we realized it was 18 inches tall. It was way too big for the mattress that we had so I have returned it. But other than that, it was very nice. I mean I think all you had to do was just open it up and it was assembled for you basically the other one that we traded it in for was a little bit more difficult but it works, and I'm happy with itwhat I don't understand, though is why wasn't my card just applied the refund instead of being given a gift card which I did not receive one, but I guess somehow I retrieve it online which I don't know how to do, but I guess I'll have to figure that out, but I just don't understand why it wasn't put on the card that I paid for it on when the clerk was given the card.
