This bunk bed is made well. Both my daughters like to go on the top bunk together and play with their toys up their and its been holding up well. I love the design. It looks exactly like the photo. Instructions were also easy to follow. Everything was clearly labeled and diagram was easy to follow.

Great choice as bunk bed upgrade for teens

My kids have grown less fond of having bunk beds as they've gotten older. Now that we have the room, we decided it was time for an upgrade to more grownup, independent beds. I found that these modern beds no longer requiring a box spring would be the most affordable way to go since the bunk beds did not require box springs either. This saves the need to purchase new ones. I was a bit concerned about comfort, I did my research before ordering and feel I made the best choice. It's comfortable, it's modern, it's mature, and though I purchased for a girl this is easily a unisex option. Very suitable for teenagers. The firmness isn't determined by the bed so much as it is the mattress used, so just transferring my daughter's mattress (that she still absolutely loves) was all that was necessary to make her happy. I would recommend spending the few extra dollars for this bed over buying one of the cheaper options.
