The material was so flimsy that it would not hold the neck up properly . It was also thinner than I expected and the picture on the website and the description didnot represent what I received . As of now I WOULD NOT recommend this product to anyone else.

Unexpected disappointment.

I am very disappointed. The item claimed to be a one-size-fits-most product. The actual collar-size is like a small. It has adjustment for neck-height, but no adjustment for neck-circumference. The product becomes physically distorted upon attempting to close it around a larger neck. Please be advised of this unfortunate experience before buying the item.
