Very poor customer service, with uncaring manger.

Went to customer service for return. Only one of three return registers operating at 1:00pm, and waited 45 min. Return line had grown to sixteen customers, with many complaining of the wait. Customer service manager Anthony (refuse to give his last name- person with red beard). Went by the line several times and apparently did not care.
