I just started this diet, so I don't know how well it works yet. I have several friends that loved this diet. They lost weight and kept it off. He also tells you what to eat if you go out to eat. He explains how this diet works. He also tells you where you can buy the foods he has on this diet list. You can buy food items at Walmart even.

Awesome book!
Great book! I have lost 5lbs in 6 days following the 16/8 rule! I don't always follow the exact recipes that he provides for your meal plans but I stick to the foods that are on his approved food lists. The is a sustainable lifestyle change as well and will reset your metabolism if followed.. Thanks Jorge!
