Pretty good quality. I like the telescoping pole. Makes it easy to adjust the height. It's doesn't put out a lot of light though. I've not had it long enough to know if it actually helps the plant to grow.

This is a nice plant light. I recently moved into a new house that doesn't have ideal lighting available for my plants. I bought this light for a tall dwarf umbrella tree and found that it was very easy to put together and install in the tree's pot. It goes down in the dirt enough that the light pole is stable and doesn't wobble around. The light ring is adjustable, so you can have it lay at a 90 degree angle above the plant, like a halo, or angle it up or down if you like. The instructions are easy to understand and it has variable light settings. I like the timer function, you just have to actually start it physically at the time you want it to start the first time around, say stand there and set it at 5 pm if that's when you want it to start everyday moving forward and then it will go from there, like clockwork. You can't just program whatever time in whenever you want to. The tree seems to like it, so I'm happy and would recommend it.
