We are having a blast with this truck! It's the first one we have ever owned that will drive over grass, sidewalk bumps and even our tile. It's super light weight for my son to carry around and the neon glow design is such a nice touch to all the amazing details

My boys have just been having an absolute blast with this LumiTek Monster Truck. This is way bigger than it looks online, which was amazing! I do want to mention the packaging, as we absolutely loved that! It was incredibly designed, the bright colors definitely stood out and really caught their attention. Next, this comes with the remote control, additional LED cable, and Stickers, USB cable, user manual, and a screwdriver. I really like how this includes everything, definitely makes it a lot easier! You will need 2 double AA batteries for the remote control. But the Monster Truck itself is USB Rechargeable which is a major plus. You will need a power source to plug it in. It can be charged from a computer, or plugging into a USB box and directly to an outlet. There is a red indicator light that shows it being charged. When fully charged the light will go off. Recommend charging time is about 4 hours. I left it charge for about an hour the first day of using, and we played with it outside for a good twenty minutes. It stayed up the entire time, and did extremely well! That's with going through grass, over bumps, and rocks. This thing is an absolute beast! It will go over all of that with no issues at all. The tires are all terrain, which go over rocks, and everything like nothing! Plus this has the off road suspension making it a breeze to go across the grass, bigger rocks, etc. I was amazed at how well this did, especially over bigger rocks. Also, the grass didn't slow this down at all! The last few days I've left it charge at least the 4 hours to see how it did. The approximate run time on that is about 25 minutes per instructions. But, we've had it outside for a good half hour, and it was still doing great! It was about 35-40 minutes before I had to charge it again. Next the remote control is very easy to work, and use with one hand. The forward, and reverse is controlled underneath by pressing the button up or down. It has a spot to sit your finger comfortably, making it easier to control. The side has a knob that controls which way to turn. However, I would like to see it made a little different. While this does turn, it doesn't do sharp turns well, since the knob only turns so far. Then there is the on and off button, and the button to control the lights. Which is one of my favorites with this. For the LED lights, you have three different settings. One press is a sold red color, second is slow flashing, third is fast flashing. This goes all around the Monster Truck, and even through the tires, making them light up as well. While the top half lights up red, the tires and underneath light up blue. You can also customize the lighting by adding more with the extra cable that's included. One last thing I'd like to see is, making this to where there are a variety of colors. That way you can change the lighting settings to different ones. But honestly this is a must have, and so much fun!! It gets my boys off the electronics and outside for a while! We will definitely be purchasing a second one so they both have one. This is recommended for ages 8 and up. My boys are 5 and 7 and they worked this with no issues. It would make the perfect gift for holidays, birthdays, etc. Lastly, the quality is completely outstanding! This is very well made, and won't break easily. We've done crashed it into so much stuff, and it hasn't hurt it a bit.
