Way different than pictured, low quality

Not the quality I was expecting, image looks pixilated and it is VERY light weight more like a thicker long sleeve shirt than a sweater. The neckline is also nothing like the photos, it definitely does not hang off the shoulder. Its more trying to be an A-line and failing. It also runs small, I bought 1 size larger than I normally would for to ensure a looser fit and it is form fitting, Disappointed.
