Damage that is related to defective materials or poor workmanship, exclusive of wear and tear, is also covered. If a product is found to be defective, we may have it repaired at a luggage repair shop close to you. If repair is not feasible, we will offer to have it replaced for you, the original purchaser. Prefect addition
I fly often and wanted bag that was fashionable, functional, rolls thru airports effortlessly. This bag ticked all the boxes. Everywhere I go it is noticed and I have received so many compliments from other business women on the go. My only regret is that It is not a four wheeler. For me that would be the ultimate upgrade and a definite win win.

Awesome Bag
I have had this bag for over a year now. I use it to carry my laptop and work back and forth to the office. It is very well made and It still looks as new as the day I got it. I get lots of compliments on it. I am considering buying another one for travel I love it so much. The inside is roomy and I always feel like my laptop is well protected!
