Too heavy. Complicated install requirements.
The box arrived. It was very heavy. I opened the box and retrieve the installation instructions. They are not available online. The instructions say cut a hole in your sheet rock and install a 2 x 4 as a brace to hold this unit up. I just tiled my walls during renovations. I am not removing tiles and cutting a hole in my new wall. I could not mount and install this unit. Too heavy. Hard time returning.
