I use this off and on. ForAll my life. Its not something you should use alot. But It Works. Use it when your staying at home where theres a toilet available. Usually I start needing it in about an hour. Depending on how much you took on how much you go for how long that day. You dont need to start out with the max dose. Start easy on yourself. But you sure feel better after words. You you havent pooped, you need to poop. You can put it in a glass of water if you dont like the taste. And it gives you the water you need to be replaceing in your system. Cause it liquifies your poop with your bodys water. So Drink water too.
