Precautions:
1.Before using this machine, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection and adjustment to ensure that all connections are secure and reliable, and all rotating parts must be filled with lubricating oil.
2.Before starting the motor, jog it first to check for any abnormal collision sounds. At the same time, observe whether the rotor direction is consistent with the arrow direction marked on the body. Then, start the machine and idle for 5-10 minutes, and wait until everything is normal before feeding and working normally.
3.Apply lubricating grease evenly to the rotating gears and transmission chain wheels every 12 hours of operation, and apply grease to each operating part of the machine every 24 hours of operation.
4.When the work is about to stop, the machine should idle for 3-5 minutes to remove any remaining materials from the body. After cleaning the machine, lubricate and maintain all rotating parts.

Single-phase motor current is relatively large, 3 kw motor please use more than 4 square copper wire, wiring must be firm, it is recommended to use 63 Ann air switch, please do not use ordinary plug socket, so as not to current enough to lead to capacitor or motor burn out!
