Shake well. Remove cap and seal. Insert the adaptor plug, smooth side up, by pushing downward and twisting until a tight seal is made.Top of plug should be flush with neck and not removable. Fully depress syringe plunger and insert into adaptor.Invert bottle and pull syringe to correct volume. Administer slowly toward side of mouth/inner cheek.May be used as needed, every 4-6 hours, up to 6 times per day. When using with Cough Syrup Night Time, do not exceed a combined total of 6 servings per day. Do not exceed recommended serving size. Discard 3 months after opening.Recommended Serving: (up to 6 times daily)Under 12 months:Not Recommended1-4 years: 1 tsp (5 ml) 4 years & up: 2 tsp (10 ml)

Buy it! My boy had a bad cold that lingered for 3 weeks. He was fine during the day but at night his post nasal drip made him cough bad. He had a cough non stop so we had some sleepless nights. I've used this for my 2 yr old during recent colds. It really helps calm her coughing. This can be used at bedtime too, though we also used the nighttime one with herbs for bedtime. I like this daytime cough medicine because of the vitamins and elderberry added. Besides soothing her cough, it honestly seemed to give her a boost of energy. (But not like with sweets.)
