Probably your average low end furniture set. Giving 3 stars because the seat cushions are only 3.5" not 4. Comfort is ok but there's really no lumbar support on the couch. Ottoman cushions slide all over so will need to find a way to secure them. It's a get what you pay for set. If you're expecting luxury, like it shows in the pics you'll be disappointed but if you know it's low end you should be happy. Assembly wasn't bad with just one person but I'm pretty handy with things so i could see if being a little frustrating if you aren't used to putting things together.
