incomplete order

i rdered the Wolfgang puck mini cooker.. Didn't realize it was an open box item. Needless to say the order was incomplete. It did not include a cook book ore even a manual on how to use. I didn't even had a power cord with it. even it I could figure out how to use it, I can't plug it in.
