"Warranty: PVC: It is Dunlop Protective Footwear policy to replace any product deemed to have a manufacturing defect by Dunlop protective footwear at no cost to the Customer within 90-days of original purchase from Dunlop Protective Footwear. Purofort: It is Dunlop Protective Footwear policy to replace any product deemed to have a manufacturing defect by Dunlop protective footwear at no cost to the Customer within 12 months of original purchase from Dunlop Protective Footwear. Dunlop Protective Footwear warranty sets forth the limit of Dunlop Protective Footwear responsibility. What is covered: -- Defects in materials and workmanship What is NOT covered: · Misuse because of cutting obstacles (barbwire) or excessive kicking/abrasion · Damage caused by improper cleaning of boot (water & ventilation) · Boot is not worn out or too old · Wear and tear or exposure to environments not recommended for the product. · Damage due to lack of maintenance (cleaning / conditioning). This warranty may also be void if the user applies any material not recommended for footwear such as acids, oils or other chemicals that result in damage to the footwear · Fit related problems, the product cannot be returned after being worn. · Claims made outside the warranty period. All returned product will be evaluated by Dunlop Protective Footwear Quality Manager and will be replaced or credited (pro-rate based on wear/tear that is evident) as appropriate. Dunlop Protective Footwear Quality Manager shall have the final decision as to the cause of damage and replacement judgment. Dunlop Protective Footwear will pay the return freight on defective products (ONLY) and Return Goods Authorizations (RGA's) are required for all returns. All return requests should be handled through our Customer Service Department. "
