Patented Viking handlebar internal design guarantees easy installations of complete wiring harnesses. Without taking away from the clean look of the peak, the novel design creates enough room to allow the complete wiring harness with factory vinyl covering and the terminal connections along with their respective shrink sleeve to easily pass through without chaffing. Using a unique flaring process, the burr-free internal radius creates a generous pocket of additional clearance within the troublesome peak of the handlebar. To make wiring installations even easier, Magnum preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving. Insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through, its that simple. Manufactured with the highest quality construction, including machined control mounts (not swaged) plus burr-free internal wiring holes and electronic throttle control slots. All handlebars are 11/4 diameter, have 1 diameter center sections, 31/2 on center knurling and work with standard controls, including hydraulic clutch. Each handlebar is CNC-mandrel bent for an accurate fit and incorporates an aggressive look with wrist angles engineered for riding comfort. Bagger style bars are designed for the correct clearance on Batwing models. Available in 10, 12, 14 and 16 high Bagger or Ape Hanger styles with high luster chrome or gloss black finishes for an unsurpassed appearance. Made in the U.S.A. NOTE: Not for use with stock risers and handlebar clamp/ gauge mount clamp on 883C/ 1200C models. NOTE: Viking Handlebars have a 1 diameter center section and fit 1 risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars that have a center section diameter larger than 1 will require changing the. risers to a 1 ID version.
