Warranty information
Swing Set Stuff will only consider the return of items claimed to be defective within a year of the original purchase. Swing Set Stuff may require photos reasonably showing the claimed defect and a signed, written statement describing the defect and the date the defect was first discovered. However, it is in the sole discretion of Swing Set Stuff to determine if an item is in fact defective. If the item is found to be defective, than we will replace or refund that item. Swing Set Stuff will not consider any item for return after one year from the purchase date. Once we have validated the defect, Swing Set Stuff will replace or refund that item, along with any applicable taxes. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
