I've been using Freeda One Daily Prenatal for a few months now and I'm genuinely impressed. I was looking for something that wasn't packed with artificial junk or unnecessary fillers, and this one checked all the boxes. It's vegan, gluten-free, and super gentle on my stomach—even with the iron included (which usually upsets me with other brands). What really surprised me is how many tablets you get—250! That's over 8 months' worth if you're taking just one a day. Way more affordable than most other brands I've tried. Plus, no weird aftertaste, no nausea, and it doesn't have that overwhelming vitamin smell. I also appreciate how clean the ingredients are. I'm currently pregnant, and it feels good knowing I'm giving my baby solid support without questionable stuff. Would definitely recommend this for anyone pregnant or trying to conceive who wants a straightforward, high-quality prenatal without the hype.
