Wheels are plastic, frame is not black as pictured

NOT black frame as pictured. The frame is aluminum, BUT THE WHEELS ARE PLASTIC. Not a plastic rim -- the whole wheel is plastic. I doubt this is going to hold up in the Texas heat. Plastic deteriorates, gets brittle and cracks in this weather. The ratchet part that adjusts the position of the back is also plastic. The picture shows the frame as black even when the picture is blown up. However the metal parts are brown.
