Great workout shoe!

I'm 64 and do a lot of Tabata and some HIIT. At my age, my feet can become achy and sore at the pressure points. In addition, I have a very high arch. This shoe alleviated all those "ouches". Also made me realize I was overdue for a good pair of training shoes. I've worn Rykas for years and therefore I expect the size to run somewhat small. So I always order 1/2 size larger, and this works. Love the fact that the laces aren't so long.
