Didn't work

I followed all of the instructions but couldn't program the key. My car went into alarm mode and it would not stop sounding the horn. I ended up returning it and paying $240 for a locksmith to come and stop the car alarm from blowing up my neighbors and programmed a new key that I had to buy from them. I tried messaging the vendor a few times but didn't get a reply until late evening that day. Too late!
